Speaking at RNAO AGM

RNAO AGM Website

While it is only a week away, I’m excited to say I’ve been invited to speak at the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario‘s Annual General Meeting. Specifically I will be to speaking at the Nursing Students of Ontario’s Leadership Luncheon. The focus of the talk will be the future of healthcare.

Nursing Ideas: Thoughts on how health informatics and social media might reshape health and health care

I have to say I’m very excited about this presentation. It is always fun to get to speak with nursing students. There is a freshness and enthusiasm that is contagious. Seeing students also brings me back to the time when I having my eyes opened to healthcare and the profession. Hopefully I will be able to pass on some of the wisdom that I have learned along the way and help give them a few things to consider.
