Chapter on digital tools in Guidebook on Scientific Publishing

The Canadian Association for Health Services and Policy Research student working group put together a guidebook on scientific publishing, that will be released at the conference at the end of May. I was honoured to be ask last summer if I would consider writing a chapter on social media and digital tools. This week I received an advanced copy, and it looks great.

Besides having a great design to the book, I’m excited for this guide release because of the content. This reference is written by the student working group (except myself) and passing on a ton of useful information. Seeing this type of informal mentorship and support to future health researchers is so encouraging. When I got a review copy I could finally read the other chapters. As someone who is an emerging healthcare researcher there I found there was a lot packed in this guide. I would highly encourage others to check it out.
